Louis Lemaire-Sicre is a French photojournalist and documentary photographer based in Kyiv, Ukraine. His work explores the human consequences of conflict, the transformation of territories shaped by war, and the relationship between individuals and the political forces surrounding them.

Since 2025, he has been documenting Russia's war in Ukraine, working across both civilian and military environments.
